Court Rules
The Bridger City Court operates under two collections of rules.
1) Chpater 23 of Title 25, M.C.A.: Montana Justice and City Court Rules of Civil Procedure. On this website these are referred to as the "Rules of Civil Procedure".
2) Chapter 24 of Title 25, M.C.A.: Montana Uniform Rules for the Justice and City Courts. On this website these are referred to as the "Uniform Rules".
Material in brackets ([]) in the rules on this website has been added to offer explanations when helpful. It is not contained in the text of the rules themselves.
