Like to have my phone number and current mailing address?
The address on your driver's license will, most likely, appear on the citation that you receive. That is the address that the court will use to attempt to contact you in the event that the court is about to suspend your driver's license. If mail comes back from an incorrect address, the court will still suspend your driver's license. Even if the address is incorrect, if the court has a phone number, then it can (although it is not required to) attempt to call you before suspending your driver's license.
