TITLE 17 ZONING
Zoning fees and fines shall be as established from time to time by ordinance of the Town Council. The only current fee is as follows:
Fee for changing use districts: Zone change or any other variance requiring a public hearing - $175.00

Chapter 1.12 ELECTIONS
Filing fees for all candidates for office within the town shall be in accordance with the laws of the state.
TITLE 2 ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL
Chapter 2.24 BONDS AND SALARIES OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
The compensation of salaried officers and employees of the Town shall be as established from time to time by ordinance of the Town Council. Bonding requirements shall be as required by the laws of the state.
The current salaries of municipal officers are as follows:

TITLE 5 BUSINESS LICENSE FEES
The business license fees for conducting business within the town shall be as established from time to time by ordinance of the Town Council. The current business license fees are as follows:

TITLE 6 ANIMALS LICENSES AND FINES
The licenses and fines for animal control shall be as established from time to time by ordinance of the town council. The current license fees and applicable fines are as follows; as set forth and identified in this Chapter, within the Town shall be licensed and a permit issued or recorded each year by the Town for said animal. The fee for licensing an animal shall be $10.00 from May 1 through May 31. The fee for licensing an animal after May 31 shall be $25.00. If an owner has more than three (3) animals, the owner shall be required to purchase an additional kennel license for the sum of $50.00 in addition to each license.

TITLE 8 HEALTH AND SAFETY CHARGES, FINES AND PENALTIES
The charges and fees for water, sewer and health and sanitation services shall be as established from time to time by ordinance of the town council. The current fees and charges are as follows:
Notary Service - $10.00 (effective January 1, 2010)
Mowing weeds - $50.00 per hour – minimum of $50.00
Water hookup fee - $500.00
Water turn on charge - $20.00
Water 20 day late fee - $15.00
Water Penalty Restoration Fee - $50.00
Sewer hookup fee - $400.00
Excavation fee - $1,000.00 (30 day limit for completion)
Campground fee - $20.00
Bulk water -- Commercial Rate - $.02904 per gallon outside of school district
