TITLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Chapter 1.12 ELECTIONS
Filing fees for all candidates for office within the town shall be in accordance with the laws of the state.
TITLE 2 ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL
Chapter 2.24 BONDS AND SALARIES OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
The compensation of salaried officers and employees of the town shall be as established from time to time by ordinance of the town council. Bonding requirements shall be as required by the laws of the state.
The current salaries of municipal officers are as follows:
A. Mayor. |
Fifty dollars ($50.00) per meeting of town council, not to exceed three meetings per month. |
B. Councilmember. |
Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per meeting of town council, not to exceed three meetings per month. |
C. Town Clerk. |
As per schedule of salaries of town employees. |
TITLE 5 BUSINESS LICENSE FEES
The business license fees for conducting business within the town shall be as established from time to time by ordinance of the town council. The current business license fees are as follows:

TITLE 6 ANIMALS LICENSES AND FINES
The licenses and fines for animal control shall be as established from time to time by ordinance of the town council. The current license fees and applicable fines are as follows:
$10.00 per dog
$50.00 per kennel — 3 or more dogs
Animal permit: $10.00 per horse, bovine — ½ acre of pasture
$10.00 for every 4 sheep
$10.00 for chickens — penned
Late fees after May 31: $25.00 per dog
$25.00 for animals
Nuisance: 1st offense - $50.00
2nd offense - $75.00
3rd offense - $100.00
Run at large — dog: 1st offense - $25.00
2nd offense - $50.00
3rd offense - $75.00

TITLE 8 HEALTH AND SAFETY-CHARGES, FINES AND PENALTIES
The charges and fees for water, sewer and health and sanitation services shall be established from time to time by ordinance of the town council. The bulk water rates are amended as follows:
Bulk water—commercial rate or outside school district $.02 per gallon

CHAPTER 3, WASTE DISPOSAL

CHAPTER 4, SEWERS

Infrastructure Fee: As of the date of passage of Ordinance No. 27, the infrastructure fee for a property owner vacating a building or residence who receives town water and sewer services, after the shut-off of services, is $10.00 per month for water and $10.00 per month for sewer. The infrastructure fee will continue to be assessed until the owner requests that the water and sewer be turned back on and pays the turn-on charge.

CHAPTER 5, WATER SERVICE
Water Hook-up Fee: $500.00
Residential and Business Collection Charges will all be the same rate:

Separate Apartment Buildings:
$33.23 per month
Apartment Buildings with a Business Floor and Multiple Apartment Floors:
$33.23 per month per floor
Out-of-Town Resident Water:
$33.23 + 12% ($37.22) per month
Extra-premises Water:
$26.79 per month

TITLE 12 STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND PUBLIC PLACES
Permit fees and fines pertaining to streets, sidewalks and public places shall be as established from time to time by ordinance of the town council. The only current permit fee is as follows:
Excavation permit - $100.00
TITLE 17 ZONING
Zoning fees and fines shall be as established from time to time by ordinance of the town council. The only current fee is as follows:
Fee for changing use districts: Zone change or any other variance requiring a public hearing - $175.00
